How it works
Dumbbells, bands, a mat, a bench or just a free corner. The more it sees, the better your workout.
Pick your time (10 to 60 minutes), how hard you want to go, and tell it about any injuries or limits.
See every move, tick off your sets, and use the built-in timers for planks and other timed exercises.
Built around you
Your plan only uses gear it can see, plus bodyweight. No gear? No problem.
Injuries and limits come first, with safety notes up front. If you have pain, dizziness or a medical condition, check with your doctor before you start.
They are optional and only used if you agree. You can change your mind at any time in Privacy choices.
